As a former Senior Acquisition Professional with over 30 years of experience supporting the complex mission of the Federal Government, Lisa is an Acquisition Subject Matter Expert.   She spent the first 28 years of her career supporting the Department of Defense before making the leap to the civilian side when she accepted a position at the Department of the Interior as the Chief of the R&D Division.  When she retired in March of 2020, she came to work for Centeva, as the Director of Acquisition Services.  In September 2020, Lisa transitioned into the role of the Director of Business Development (BD) for Centeva where she has built a team and established Centeva’s BD Lifecycle process along with other critical processes and procedures.

Lisa earned a BS in Marketing from Towson State University and a MS in Business with a concentration in Contracts and Procurement from the University of Maryland. She is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), and Women in Public Policy (WIPP).

As a DMV native, she absolutely loves the Fall as the colors of summer turn to shades of warm autumn hues, the weather turns crisp, and she looks forward to cozy evenings, warm fires, her favorite sweaters, topped off with a host of yummy warm drinks and comfort food.  She is an avid fan of her local sports teams, football and hockey!  And when she isn’t knee deep in a proposal or growth strategy for Centeva, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, running and cycling, and the ever so rare opportunity to relax with a good book.
